A rerun of Episode 2, Adrift, is scheduled to run at 9/8c tonight on ABC:
With the abduction of Walt fresh on their minds and their raft destroyed, Michael, Sawyer and Jin fight for their lives and discover a new predator in the roiling ocean. Meanwhile on land, Locke must descend into the hatch when one castaway goes missing inside.
ABC hasn't said why they have chosen to air a rerun in place a new episode this week.
Every time I go to post something new, I completely forget to mention this bit of info... Anyway, here's an interesting thought: Sawyer would have had to give his real name when boarding the plane—James Ford. Therefore the manifest would say James Ford and not Sawyer. Sawyer never told Hurley his real name. When Hurley checked the manifest to make sure that everyone was accounted for, he was looking for the name "Sawyer" and not James Ford.
Obviously, he found the name Sawyer. This means that someone named Sawyer boarded the plane, most likely the con-man "Sawyer", that our Sawyer is looking for. Hurley would just skipped the name James Ford, not recognizing it.
It could just be that the writers made a mistake. But if not, it would a great storyline for Sawyer (James Ford Sawyer) to discover (con-man) Sawyer on a different part of island or as a dead Tailie.*
It was leaked that episodes 8 and 9 are destined to be Ana Lucia-centric and Kate-centric, in that order. Thus, it is irrational for either one to die in episode 6.

Sung to the tune Gilligans Island:
Just sit right back and you'll hear a tale
A tale of a fateful trip
That started from an Oz airport
Aboard this flying ship
Locke is a mighty huntin' man
His intentions we're not sure
The passengers flew off that day
For a 13 hour tour
A 13 hour tour...
The flight it started getting rough
Poor Charlie he was tossed
But thanks to J. J.'s cast & crew
Each Wednesday we'll watch LOST
Each Wednesday we'll watch LOST
The plane crashed down on the shore of this uncharted desert isle
With Criminals
A Doctor too
The Korean Man
And his Wife
The Iraqi Guard
The Rock Star and a Creepy Ol' Man
Here on Abrams' Isle.
