Here's another bit of news that won't give you pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis.

Critics of the belief that "pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis" is the longest word in the English language say that, since it is a medical term, cannot qualify (among other persuasive reasons). Instead, they glorify Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogocha (village in Wales), supercalifragilisticexpialidocious, antidisestablishmentarianism, floccinaucinihilipilification, or honorificabilitudinitatibus. It's a rather serious matter.
