Hurley and Libby

Here's a question from Geoff:
Do you think the reason Hurley thinks he knows Libby
is because she was a doctor in the phsyciatric ward
he was held in before he won the lottery?
I answered:
You may be right. Personally, I thought Libby seemed a little off
when she was telling Hurley about stepping on his foot. Maybe she
knew that he was in the ward and wanted to stop him from remembering
seeing her. Why?....I don't know.
